Until the age of 20 I was a ballerina, so spent my childhood dancing. In the later years I was plagued with injuries to my feet. So, having had regular sports and physiotherapy, I decided to retire the dancing idea and retrain in the only other thing I had experience in… therapy.
While studying at The University of Chichester, I was fortunate enough in my first year, 2008, to be offered a job while on placement at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
I continued working with BHAFC after graduating in 2011 and in 2013 bit the bullet left the football club and went into the world of private practice at The Heeler Centre, Hassocks and whilst building a private client base also split my time in the NHS.
I wasn’t quite ready to completely give up on working in team sports, so I joined Haywards Heath Rugby Club as clinical lead for 3 seasons.
In 2017 I was prepared to stop standing on the sidelines and leave the NHS and began treating at The Heeler Centre full time, then, in December 2019 began managing the clinic…as well as still treating 6 days a week!
I’m still treating 6 days a week, however now its within my own two practices at Sea Lanes & Shoreham Port because as of July 2024, I decided it was time to start expanding beachside into its own clinic and start creating my own clinical team of multidisciplinary practitioners!
When I’m not treating you’ll find me swimming or surfing with my Leonberger lifeguard Lola Bear, organising a, or going on holiday!

I’m a registered nutritionist with over 6 years of experience running my own clinic (DipCNM, rCNHC) specialising in genetic testing, blood testing, and In-depth gut profiling. These tools help uncover the root causes of health issues and create personalised nutrition plans to optimise well-being and support mental health.
I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Neuroscience at King’s college London, to bridge the gap between nutrition and brain health, enabling me to help clients manage mental health, cognitive function, and performance.
I love leading workshops and education, having created a four-part nutrition series for Premier League football players on how nutrition impacts mental health and mental performance. I am also working with a team of GB skiers, who are the subject of an upcoming climate action/ extreme sports documentary.
A highlight of 2024 was crewing for an ultra-runner who completed 760km across South Africa in 14 days. I managed his nutrition, whilst also cooking, driving, admin and logistics… (life as crew, hey!).
With a background in netball, dance, and a personal interest in running (which brought me to Jade for a running injury!) I’m passionate about helping athletes improve performance, and recovery.
I also work with individuals facing mental health challenges, using DNA testing to manage ADHD, PMS/PMDD, anxiety, addiction, and other emotional struggles by addressing underlying biological factors.
Whether you’re an athlete or facing health challenges, my goal is to provide evidence-based nutrition strategies to help you thrive.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the yoga studio, the gym, in the sauna, or trying out all the independent coffee shops!

I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2013 with a BSC Hons degree in Osteopathy, before this however I started my career following my passion for sports obtaining a BSc Hons degree in Sport Rehabilitation Therapy in 2001 from St. Mary’s University, Strawberry Hill.
I started my career working with semi-professional football clubs and throughout my career I also worked with boxing clubs and running clubs.
I spent 12 years working in London, a few years within the NHS where I specialised in lower limb orthopaedics before moving into working in private health clinics, this is where my intrigue for osteopathy began, hence side stepping into becoming an osteopath!
Upon graduating as an osteo I was offered a job in a well established Osteopathic clinic in Singapore and thus my passion for travel began…
I lived in Asia for over 7 years working as an osteopath in multidisciplinary clinics in the central business districts of Singapore and Hong Kong.
I also worked in Sri Lanka at an Ayurvedic and Yoga Wellness retreat centre providing Osteopathy treatments and teaching Pilates.
I moved to Ireland in 2021 allowing me to catch up with family and friends whilst working in an Osteopathy clinic for 2 years.
Towards the end of 2022 I returned to the UK and I have been working at Osteopathic clinics in Hassocks (where I met Jade) and Worthing.
I am also a Pilates mat work instructor, I utilise Pilates exercises and principles as a tool within my rehabilitation programmes.
Additionally in 2021 I became a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.
I believe in promoting body awareness, providing rehabilitation tools to recover from current injuries and dysfunction and to use as long-term preventative measures.
I utilise a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment that caters to the needs of the individual patient and use a variety of osteopathic techniques, trigger point release, manipulation of joints, craniosacral as well as functional movement rehabilitation.
When I’m not working I love to travel, exploring different cultures and cuisines and when I’m not travelling, I spend my time exercising at spin class, strength training, boxing, hiking or on the yoga mat.

My name is Gina and I am the owner of Decibelle Ear Care. I am a fully qualified hearing care assistant and specialise in wax removal.
During my 20-year career in the health sector. My training is accredited by the BSA (British society of Audiology) and the BSHAA meaning you are in skilled and safe hands.
I love working with people and pride myself on being professional and friendly so please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
Otherwise these are some of the services and treatments I offer…
Micro Suction - this the current gold standard of removing wax. It is pain free and highly effective. Wax can be removed effectively, and most importantly, safely. This involves a light suction tool that gently removes the wax from the ear canal.
Water Irrigation - you may be thinking of the syringing method, however this is a gentle pulsation of warmed water that gently washes away the wax from the canal. This is a good method for those with severe blockages.
*This method is not suitable for those with a compromised ear drum such as perforations or scarring
Ear Health Advice - as a trained Hearing care assistant, I am trained in what is not a ‘normal’ ear. I can take images and video footage that I can share with you to aid any treatment or referrals you may need with the GP. A telephone appointment can then be used avoiding a face-to-face appointment, which could delay any treatment.
Ear Nose & Throat - with the use of my Tympa technology equipment and your consent, I can upload the images and video to a team of ENT specialists. They can give feedback and advice on whether a GP referral is needed. This can help avoid unnecessary stress of trying to get an appointment if one is not required.
